Job Description

The ideal candidate should be a hard-working team player who will play a crucial role in creating strategies, and content ideas and managing content across various social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively with clients and the managing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively managing the social media accounts of the clients
  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels
  • Create engaging content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Analyze competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
  • Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
  • Effective team management and client communication.
