Seeking an Exceptional Hiring manager
Are you a seasoned hiring manager with a passion for building exceptional teams? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join us in driving our team expansion efforts. As our hiring manager, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying immediate and future staffing needs, conducting targeted interviews, and extending offers to top-tier candidates. We're seeking someone who embodies strong interpersonal skills, adept negotiation abilities, and a sharp decision-making acumen. Your strategic approach to recruitment will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent, propelling our organization towards greater success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and refine robust recruitment strategies that align with our company values and strategic objectives.
· Lead recruitment initiatives to meet both short-term and long-term staffing goals, driving our organizational growth.
· Determine staffing requirements for new or open positions and navigate the approval process seamlessly.
· Craft compelling job descriptions that resonate with top talent and establish effective assessment criteria to identify the best candidates.
· Leverage various channels to promote job openings, including print, digital, and social media platforms, both internally and externally.
· Skilfully negotiate job offers and oversee the seamless onboarding of new team members.
· Collaborate closely with hiring team members to define roles and responsibilities, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
· Demonstrate expertise in talent mapping and pipeline building, anticipating, and addressing critical staffing needs with agility and foresight.
· Implement a results-driven approach to recruitment, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the process.
Requirements:
· Technical graduate with minimum of 10 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment within multinational corporations, with a proven track record of success.
· Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams of 4-6 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
· Strong project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering results.
· Collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a commitment to fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
