Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead Recruitment Activities: Spearheaded all recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best talent is brought into the organization.
Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies for attracting and hiring top-tier leadership, mid-career professionals, and graduate talent.
Standardize Hiring Practices: Establish and promote consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that enhance the overall candidate experience and reflect our company values.
Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with organizational leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Manage Senior Role Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates.
Engage External Partners: Identity, evaluate, and collaborate with external recruitment providers to meet the organization's hiring demands efficiently.
Set and Exceed Benchmarks: Define, track, and exceed recruitment benchmarks related to time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring managers and candidates' satisfaction levels.
Stay Informed: Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to innovate and enhance our talent acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
Proven Experience: 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to achieve and surpass recruitment goals.
Strategic Vision: Strong ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization’s overall business objectives and long-term goals.
Talent Sourcing Expertise: Expert in sourcing and attracting top talent, with a robust network and strong talent pipeline management skills.
Employer Branding: Experience in leading employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice and attract high-quality candidates.
Data-driven: Highly proficient in using data and analytics to inform decision-making, analyze recruitment metrics, and optimize processes for better outcomes.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
