Role: Business Development Associate

Compensation: Good base + Commissions

Location: India (Remote)


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and research potential clients, industries, and decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and convert new business clients.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Track and analyze lead generation efforts, providing regular reports on progress.


Requirements:


  • At least 2-4 years in business development or lead generation
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing, and prospecting
  • Recruitment or HR industry experience is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Solid communication, pitching, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is highly preferred
