You’ll work directly with the co-founders and support in operations, admin, scheduling, internal coordination, and general problem-solving.This is a high-trust, high-learning role, perfect for someone who wants to see how real businesses are built from the inside. Key ResponsibilitiesThis is not a backseat role. If you’re looking to “just assist”, this isn’t it. Create and clean up documents, reports, decks, checklists, and summariesManage founders’ calendars, schedules, and task tracking.Maintain records, receipts, and track our compliance.Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to keep things moving on time.Handle purchases, inventory, and office supplies efficiently.Keep sensitive information private, and everything else ultra-organizedWho We’re Looking ForYou don’t need to have all the answers, just the mindset to find them.Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com preferred, but open to all disciplines)Freshers welcomeQuick learner with high follow-throughEnjoy organizing, planning, and checking things offExceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
