The Role


Developing Solberg International business with an objective of increasing the Sales, Market presence and Market share within the defined territory allocated. Along with your sales target you will be responsible for the following:-


Job Description:


  • Customer visits and generating enquires from End Users and OEM’s.
  • Analysing user requirements and preparing techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements/projects.
  • Co-coordinating with Supply Chain to execute the projects timely, ensuring timely execution of the orders and delivery of parts.
  • Motivate, support & develop Business Associates in the allocated territory to achieve their sales KPIs.
  • To attend product troubleshooting, customer complaints and service calls.
  • Provides professional technical project/service response and recommendations to the customers regarding prevention and correction of product and/or servicing problems on all relevant products in the field and accurate field information to the management.
  • Provides technical training to End-Users and OEM’s.
  • Prepare sales promotion plans for activities like customer meet, email campaign, participation in exhibitions etc.
  • This activity shall be planned at the beginning of every year and needs to be executed at the regular interval with proper preparation in advance.
  • Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports for better coordination and business support.
  • A team player and keen observer of market changes, competition activities and share it with the team. 


Experience Requirements


Minimum 5+ years in Sales, Business development and Marketing


Knowledge/ Educational Requirements


Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree with strong commercial acumen and sound market knowledge


Marketing and Management qualification will be an added
