About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with deep experience in data & platform products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling one or more customer-centric data platforms, including Customer 360, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Experimentation Platform, data governance, observability tools etc. This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of technology, data, and product to create innovative platforms that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences for TTLH Industry (Travel, Transportation, Logistics, Healthcare)


Roles & Responsibilities:

Platform Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for our suite of data platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Product Development: Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to roadmap planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.

Customer 360 & CDP Development: Lead the development and optimization of Customer 360 and Customer Data Platforms that provide a unified, data-driven view of our customers across TTLH industry.

Understands marketing and advertising technology platforms, driving integration between data sources, CRMs, and external systems.

Experimentation Platform Management: Build and enhance experimentation platforms that enable A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.

Data Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, legal, and operations teams to build and launch scalable products that meet customer needs and drive adoption.

Technical Product Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact between technical, business, and non-technical teams, translating business goals into technical requirements.

Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies to ensure our platforms are at the forefront of innovation.

Product Advocate – Act as a product champion within the organization & for clients to explain the product capabilities, support in creating GTM collaterals with relevant teams.


Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of product management experience in data-driven products, with a focus on platform development (Customer 360, CDP, experimentation, martech etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Technical fluency with an ability to effectively communicate with engineering teams; experience working with APIs, cloud-based infrastructure, and data warehousing.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business, customer, and technical needs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in AI/ML-driven product development including GenAI
