Note: The job is open for Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune Locations and an entire night shift role.


Overview: PGD seeks a Billing Coordinator for our growing Media team Our coordinator role supports the media channel and planning teams through budget management, publisher billing payment authorizations, and reconciliations, as well as client invoicing.


What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with media planning teams, channel activation teams and finance departments to ensure budgets are tracked, updated and communicated properly
  • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure all are clear on status and any issues that arise
  • Access and update billing platforms and systems daily to pull reporting, compare against publisher invoices and monitor pacing against planned amounts
  • Reconcile billing issues and discrepancies with external publisher partners and internal client teams
  • Manage workloads to adhere to monthly deadlines, raising challenges or issues early and helping provide solutions to problems
  • Continue to expand your skill set and knowledge base through the training and development we offer


Who You Are:

  • You’re eager to learn and driven by curiosity, willing to try something new while keeping a consistent workflow
  • 6M - 1yr of experience in Media and hands of experience in Excel
  • You don’t shy away from learning a new system or technology (you’ll be provided plenty of training)
  • You’re the one your friends turn to when they need to divide the check – numbers don’t scare you
  • You are a self-starter who will proactively uncover the opportunity to support the team, even if you weren’t expressly asked to do it
  • You look forward to sharing your work progress and aren’t afraid to ask for help or share concerns with your manager or those you’re with whom you’re working
  • You have the ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat
