Role Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Application Manager with 8–10 years of experience in managing enterprise applications across HR, Finance, Admin, Operations and Legal functions within the Indian insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and support for IFRS programs, along with strong exposure to regulatory interactions (UIDAI, Aadhaar). This role demands excellent vendor and budget management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Key Responsibilities:Application Ownership & Management:Oversee end-to- end lifecycle of corporate applications (HRMS, Finance, Admin, Operations, Sales & Legal).Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applicationExperience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWSKnow how of AI & Agentic AI application use casesEvaluation and development of new applicationsRegulatory & Compliance Support:Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.Project & Change Management:Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.Incident & Problem Management:Lead resolution of application-related incidents.Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.Vendor & Budget Management:Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with HR, Finance, Admin, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.Documentation & Reporting:Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.Adherence to Information Security ComplianceMitigating VA / PT observation from Info-Security TeamAbility to face internal & external audit Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
