Company Profile: We are hiring for a multi-national company providing IT services. It provides software and consultancy services in different industries like Finance, Education, Insurance, Retail, Energy, Life Science, and Healthcare.

Experience Range:6-8 Years

Desired Competencies : Must-Have (Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

  1. 5-8 years of experience for offshore - 3 RGS
  2. Experience in Atlassian applications stack (Primarily JIRA, Bitbucket) as an administrator
  3. Ability to install and manage JIRA/Bitbucket Applications on server/containers/Kubernetes clusters
  4. Manage user and groups in JIRA
  5. Create and manage repos/projects in Bitbucket
  6. Ability to create workflow , adding custom fields, adding conditions, validators and post functions in JIRA
  7. Create an entire project scheme set from concept to functionals operations in JIRA
  8. Experience in maintaining application health, monitoring application server health and take preventive actions
  9. Ability to assist in or perform upgrades to core applications such as JIRA server and Bitbucket server
  10. Automating operations task using Ansible and experience on CI/CD toolsets
  11. Experience with Linux OS and shell scripting
  12. Experience on docker and application deployment on Kubernetes clusters
  13. Experience on Azure cloud , terraform and Azure DevOps would be an added advantage
  14. Knowledge on other Atlassian toolsets like Bamboo and Confluence
  15. Experience in Agile way of working


Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  1. Ability to install and manage JIRA/Bitbucket Applications on server/containers/Kubernetes clusters
  2. Manage user and groups in JIRA
  3. Create and manage repos/projects in Bitbucket
  4. Ability to create workflow , adding custom fields, adding conditions, validators and post functions in JIRA
