To further scale our presence, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead our initiatives in quick commerce and marketplace channels.


Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as the Head of Marketplaces and Quick Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in quick commerce or marketplace platforms and at least 5 years of relevant experience. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brand's presence and performance on marketplace and quick commerce platforms.
  2. Marketplace Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplace and quick commerce partners to maximize growth opportunities.
  3. P&L Ownership: Take responsibility for driving revenue growth and ensuring profitability across marketplace and quick commerce channels.
  4. Catalog and Inventory Management: Oversee product listing, pricing, and inventory to maintain optimal performance and competitiveness.
  5. Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with partners to plan and execute effective promotional activities and campaigns.
  6. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and use insights to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align on objectives and deliver results.
  8. Compliance and Negotiation: Ensure all activities comply with platform guidelines and negotiate terms with partners to maximize value for the brand.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in quick commerce or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
