About the JobWe are looking for a high-performing Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join our fast-growing consumer app studio As a Mobile Engineer, you will own the development of high-quality mobile applications end-to-end— from architecture to launch to scale. Apps that are high-retention, high-performance, and built with precision and speed.Key ResponsibilitiesTake end-to-end ownership of app development: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.Build modern, scalable mobile apps using Flutter, ensuring exceptional performance and pixel-perfect UI.Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, marketers, and leadership to bring concepts to life.Run rapid feature experiments and A/B tests to optimize retention, engagement, and user experience.Analyze user behavior and product metrics to improve LTV, session length, app stickiness, and overall performance.Ship fast, iterate faster, and directly shape the product roadmap across multiple app verticals.Contribute to best practices in performance optimization, testing, automation, and code quality.Mentor junior engineers and help build a world-class mobile engineering culture.Who Can ApplyEngineers with 1–6 years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter preferred).Candidates based in Bangalore, comfortable working in-office 5 days a week.Engineers who have shipped at least one consumer-facing mobile application end-to-end.Additional Candidate PreferencesExperience building consumer apps at scale (high traffic, high retention).Strong understanding of modern UI/UX principles and Flutter’s widget architecture.Experience with growth loops, engagement funnels, and mobile analytics.Background in rapid prototyping and shipping v1 features quickly.Knowledge of state management libraries (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, MobX).Preferred SkillsFlutter / Dart (primary)Strong mobile architecture patterns (Clean Architecture, MVVM, etc.)Performance optimization (memory, FPS, build size, start-up time)REST APIs, Firebase, Push NotificationsLocal storage & offline-first systemsExperience with analytics (Amplitude, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)A/B testing and experiment-driven developmentClean code, modularization, and testingCreative problem-solving and product thinkingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Salary benchmarked against top mobile-first companies in India.Great Office Culture: Work with a high-caliber, ambitious team in our Bangalore office.High-Growth Environment: Join a profitable, rapidly scaling app studio with massive upside.Career Growth: As our app vertical expands, you’ll have opportunities to lead teams and own larger product lines.
