Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and manage the IT department, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation and project management to meet business needs.
  • ISO and Compliance:
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001) within the IT department.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to ISO standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Information Security:
  • Design, implement, and manage a robust information security program to protect company data and systems.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks through regular assessments and proactive measures.
  • Stay updated on the latest security threats and best practices to safeguard the organization.
  • IT Infrastructure and Operations:
  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and hardware.
  • Ensure performance and reliability of IT systems and services.
  • Oversee the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems.
  • Office 365 and Azure AD:
  • Administer and manage Office 365 and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) environments.
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Office 365 applications and Azure AD services.
  • Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard Office 365 and Azure AD accounts.
  • Team Development:
  • Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and support to ensure the team stays current with emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and deliver effective solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor) are a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with ISO standards and information security management.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, Office 365 and system administration.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
