Job Description -Teamlead Telesales


Responsibilities

  • Trains the tele-sales team, as required
  • Oversees the daily workflow and scheduling of the tele-sales team
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
  • Implements sales strategies
  • Communicates targets to the team
  • Develops scripts for use by the tele-sales team
  • Manages the telesales team
  • Measures team performance
  • Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices
  • Encourages and motivates the tele-sales team to achieve their targets
  • Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to Senior Management


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in telesales and 2 yrs as a Team Lead telesales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to offer excellent customer service
