Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Manager at D Y Patil University Pune located in Talegaon. The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative operations, managing office supplies and equipment, handling correspondence and communication, organizing meetings and events, and supervising administrative staff.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in administrative roles or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
