The Sou Chef/Head Chef (Pastry) will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of pastry preparation, including planning, creating, and executing pastry dishes. They will ensure that all pastries are of the highest quality and presented elegantly, maintain inventory and order supplies, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards. They will also be responsible for managing and training pastry kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring a smooth operation in the pastry department.QualificationsExtensive experience in pastry preparation, baking, and presentationExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesKnowledge of various baking techniques and pastry trendsAttention to detail and creativity in pastry designExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectivelyCulinary degree or relevant certification in pastry and baking is preferredPrevious experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant or hotel is a plusCurrently Designated at the Same position Minimum Exp.
