Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Assistant Manager HR and

Administration to support our hospital operations team. The ideal candidate will have a

strong background in healthcare administration, excellent leadership skills, and a

passion for providing exceptional patient care.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Resource Management: Assist in managing resources efficiently, including staffing,

equipment, and supplies.

2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement

strategies to enhance efficiency and quality of care.

3. Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by monitoring service

quality and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

4. Compliance: Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards,

5. Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring to ensure financial

sustainability.

6. Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among

departments to achieve organizational goals.

7. Data Analysis: Utilize data to track key performance indicators and inform decision-

making.

8.Liaisoning: Laisoning  with government offices and other institutions and maintaining

licenses, renewals etc. Hospital Licenses and certification process and document

maintenance.

9. HR : Recruiting new employees and Support staff development through training,

coaching, and performance evaluations. Monitoring attendance of staff. Maintaining

documents.

10. Staff Supervision: Oversee daily operations and provide guidance to

administrative and support staff.

11. Pharmacy Management: Monitoring the activities in the pharmacy like sales, stock

management and periodic audits.

12. Maintenance, Repairs and AMC’s: Daily and regular rounds of all units and to

carry out repairs wherever there is a requirement by concerned labour. Should maintain

the AMCs of all medical and non-medical equipment.

13. Vendor Payments:Supervise Payments to Vendors and external agencies.

14. Data Analysis: Utilize data to track key performance indicators and inform the

same to Senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related

field (Master's degree preferred).

-4 -5yrs of Previous experience in healthcare administration or hospital management.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.


- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Healthcare Management (e.g., certified Healthcare Administrator).

- Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.

- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Working Conditions:

- Hospital environment with strong emphasis on cosmetic care and patient satisfaction.

- May require evening, weekend, or holiday hours as needed.

 

Benefits:

- CTC - INR 450000/- salary per year. Performance Linked allowances will also be paid.
