Inventory Management: Manage spare parts inventory and procurement to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses, tracking spending, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.


Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to support production goals and address maintenance-related issues.


Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and repair history.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of [X] years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the injection molding industry.

Strong technical knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
