**Responsibilities**:

- Create a wide variety of chocolates and confections using traditional and innovative techniques.
- Temper chocolate to achieve the desired texture and appearance, ensuring proper crystallization and shine.
- Work with molds, dipping forks, and other tools to shape and decorate chocolates, adding fillings, coatings, and decorative elements.
- Prepare ganaches, caramels, fruit fillings, and other fillings for use in chocolate products, following recipes and techniques to achieve the desired flavor and consistency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment, utensils, and ingredients, following proper sanitation and safety protocols.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new ingredients, and chocolate-making techniques, and incorporate new ideas and innovations into product development.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a chocolatier or pastry chef specializing in chocolate production.
- Deep knowledge of chocolate varieties, including cocoa content, flavor profiles, and tempering characteristics.
- Strong artistic skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create visually stunning chocolate creations.
- Proficiency in a wide range of chocolate-making techniques, including tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorating.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Creativity and innovation, with a passion for experimenting with new flavors, textures, and designs.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

- Ghaziabad District, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
