Sales Development Representative: B2B SaaS

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to drive end-to-end (E2E) sales of Magnet, a B2B SaaS tool in the research technology (ResTech) domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals for Magnet.
- Develop and implement strategies to target potential clients within the market research, fintech, and AI industries.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in businesses to understand their needs and demonstrate how Magnet can provide value.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to align sales efforts with the product roadmap.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the research technology domain.
- Experience managing the complete sales process (E2E), from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong understanding of market research technology and AI-based tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset and the ability to drive results.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
