Lead Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writes logical and functional requirements for SW part of the product using state machine diagrams i.e. BSW, ASW, UDS and other parts.
  • Defining software architecture using architectural best practices.
  • Identify and develop reusable code and functionality to increase productivity.
  • Setup SW development process and participate in SW review and defining standards.
  • Provide guidance to CFT members to encourage work productivity and increase maturity.
  • Research new technologies for improving functional architecture and graphical user interfaces. Maintain quality and process focus.
  • Promote agile process and drive safe/scrum agile implementation in the group.
  • Represents the software department in meetings. Monitors status of software developements.
  • Manages multiple projects at once, budget and effort estimations.
  • Work with team to define and establish MBD process.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years work experience in Embedded


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT(S):

  • Software Development and Programming competency, in languages such as Matlab, Simulink, Embedded C
  • Should have worked in Automotive domain for development of ECU’s for 2Wheeler , 3 Wheeler or 4 Wheeler either in Application or BSW layer. Should have knowledge in RTOS, CAN, UDS, Bootloader.
  • Should have worked in E-Mobility domain for development of Traction Motor Controllers, DCDC, Chargers etc.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with leading teams
  • Mininum 3 years experience in executing SW life cycle and ASPICE process
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Sound knowledge on Vector tools like CANalyZer, CANoe, CANape,and CAPL scripting.
  • Ability to work cross functional.
