As a result, their sales teams spend more time on actual sales.


About the role:

As a Content Marketing Manager, you get to run the content ship end-to-end with help from the Head of Marketing and build a loyal following of the brand’s reader base. This role sits at the intersection of brand and content.

Your everyday job will be to create SEO and brand content strategy, run point on a number of different content projects, and manage in-house and freelance writers. We’re looking for an energetic individual who eats podcasts for breakfast.


Work location: Chennai


What you get to do with us:


  • Create brand and SEO content strategy to achieve current or future business goals
  • Create and maintain a content calendar as a base of work
  • Create detailed content briefs for SEO content
  • Create both long and short form content assets for the internet—blog posts, social media copies, podcasts, webinars, ebooks
  • Manage a team of writers, and coach them
  • Interview internal and external subject matter experts from all walks of life in different parts of the world
  • Review multiple 2000-3000-word blogs on a daily basis
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, video marketers, content writers, and leadership to produce great content
  • Give constructive feedback and coach writers on SEO & brand content writing
  • Collaborate with and manage all communication with freelance writers
  • Track brand and content performance and measure progress against goals

The skill set we’re looking for:


  • 3+ years of experience in an editorial role, of which at least 1-2 years of experience is in SaaS content
  • Experience managing a team of writers
  • Obsessed with writing, understands different content formats for different audiences
  • Good storyteller, communicator & problem solver
  • Cares deeply about editing
