Position Overview


We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Individual Contributor) with a strong focus on content creation and demand generation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO, and leveraging various lead acquisition channels. Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus, as you will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer data to enhance our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities


Content Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances brand visibility.
  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media.

Demand Generation Campaigns:

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and target audiences.

SEO Optimization:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Lead Acquisition Channels:

  • Identify and leverage various lead acquisition channels, including email marketing, social media, PPC, and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.

CRM Management:

  • Utilize Zoho CRM to track and analyze customer interactions, campaign performance, and sales data.
  • Generate reports and insights to inform marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members in best practices and professional development.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and demand generation
  • Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and lead acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
