This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Tour Operations Executive at Travelable Labs™.

The role involves tasks such as tour planning, managing guided tours, creating itineraries, and effective communication with various stakeholders.


This role is ideal for those who would like to grow their career in an international environment.


Skills we are looking for

  • Good command of English
  • Tour Planning and Tour Management skills - A passion for organising and ensuring a first class customer experience is delivered always
  • Experience in creating detailed itineraries
  • Strong communication skills
  • Knowledge of a European language is a great plus.


Day to day activities

  • Prepare travel itineraries
  • Coordinate & take responsibility of travel booking and services (hotels, flights, activities & attractions). 
  • Communicating & liaising with suppliers
  • General administration duties


Remuneration

  • Salary + very interesting incentives
