Job Description:

We are hiring for one of our hiring partners, a skilled and experienced Cloud Security Engineer with expertise in Palo Alto's Prisma Cloud platform. As a member of team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of cloud-based infrastructure and applications, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of cloud security best practices and Palo Alto's Prisma Cloud solution.


Responsibilities:


Design, implement, and maintain security measures to protect cloud-based systems and applications.

Conduct regular security assessments and audits of cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.

Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures for cloud-based deployments.

Configure and manage Palo Alto's Prisma Cloud platform to monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls into cloud-native applications and services.

Provide guidance and support to development and operations teams on secure cloud architecture and design principles.

Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud security trends, threats, and technologies to continually enhance the security posture of our cloud environment.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent.

4-8 years of experience in cloud security, with a focus on public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto's Prisma Cloud platform, including configuration, deployment, and management.

Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, including identity and access management, data encryption, network security, and compliance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex security issues and develop effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
