Role Summary: We are seeking a versatile HR Associate with 2-3 years of experience in
human resources. This role extends beyond traditional HR functions, encompassing
responsibilities in managing accounts, legal compliance, and administrative tasks. The
ideal candidate will be a proactive, knowledgeable professional eager to support our
team's development and ensure operational excellence across multiple domains, with a
specific emphasis on handling both IT and non-IT personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
● HR Generalist: Assist in the orientation of new employees, ensuring a smooth
onboarding experience. Monitor hiring and recruitment processes for compliance
with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies. Maintain accurate
employee records and files, including but not limited to interview documents and
I-9 forms. Support payroll processing and maintenance in line with policies and
procedures.
● Vendor and Consultant Management: Negotiate and align contracts with vendors,
freelancers, and consultants to ensure favorable terms and effective collaboration.
Manage relationships and oversee contract fulfillment to support company
operations.
● Accounts, Legal, and Administrative Management: Handle accounts
payable/receivable, ensure legal compliance across all operations, manage
day-to-day administrative tasks, and oversee reimbursement processes to support
the company's financial and operational health.
● Employee Engagement and Development: Assist in the development and
implementation of HR strategies that support employee engagement and
satisfaction. Organize and participate in employee engagement activities to foster
a positive work environment.
● Attendance and Time Management: Implement and oversee attendance tracking
systems to ensure accurate record-keeping of employee hours, absenteeism, and
leave balances.
Desired Candidate Profile:
● Proven experience in Human Resources, with a strong track record of effectively
handling both IT and Non-IT personnel.
● Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for
both IT and Non-IT roles.
● Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and
Boolean search.
● Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee
relations, and making informed decisions.
● Demonstrated ability in negotiating with vendors, freelancers, and consultants, and
managing reimbursement processes.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage
confidential information.
● A team player with a professional appearance and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
