Senior Specialist - Executive/Administrative Assistants(Level C)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Persona Assistant. This role will be based in Mumbai and will provide support to our UK Advisory Team based in the UK.

We will count on you to:

  • Provide an effective and responsive administrative service to senior UK Advisory Team leaders as well as supporting the Advisory practice as a whole
  • Maintain and manage a busy diary, organising internal and external appointments considering current priorities, global time zones and the need for focus time
  • Be able to prioritise, particularly when it comes to putting together executives’ calendar and determining the importance of various tasks, meetings, and assignments.
  • Coordinate and arrange business trips including meeting itineraries, flights and accommodation, and room bookings
  • Liaise with internal and external colleagues and clients across the UK and internationally.
  • Send the relevant information to the Team Assistant to ensure that expense claims and credit card statements are reconciled accordingly.
  • Planning client meetings and events and/or coordinating with event planners
  • Undertaking ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Executive Assistant


What you need to have?

  • Previous experience working in a similar Assistant role, demonstrating the ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Sound knowledge of IT, especially MS Outlook, Teams, and Zoom.
  • Shift Timings - 9am UK time - 5 pm UK time(1:30 pm IST - 9:30 pm IST)
