We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crypto Exchange Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our digital asset exchange platform. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, secure, and compliant management of all trading activities on the platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including compliance, product development, IT, and customer service to drive the success and growth of the exchange.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the crypto exchange, ensuring optimal performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the platform adheres to all relevant regulations and security protocols, including KYC/AML requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in trading activities, platform vulnerabilities, and market fluctuations.
  • Liquidity & Market Making: Ensure the platform maintains optimal liquidity levels and drive strategies for market-making and improving trading volume.
  • Customer Experience: Oversee customer support and user experience teams to ensure quick resolution of customer issues and ensure platform usability.
  • Partnerships & Growth: Build relationships with liquidity providers, traders, and other stakeholders to enhance platform visibility and attract high-volume users.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze trading volumes, user activity, and platform performance data to make informed business decisions and report to leadership.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, new blockchain technologies, and competitor platforms to ensure the exchange remains competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees (MBA) are a plus.
  • Proven experience managing or operating a crypto exchange or a similar trading platform.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and market structures.
  • In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and compliance requirements in the crypto industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
