Associate Practice Director

Seeking a professional with at least 17 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 5 years in hands-on development of Data Warehouse and Data Lake solutions.
• Ability to clearly articulate the pros and cons of various technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Services such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake, and the Data Warehouse process from data acquisition to visualization.
• Capable of responding to client RFIs and RFPs with appropriate solution designs, including cost estimates, and understanding customer requirements to create technical propositions.
• Contributing to Statements of Work, technical project roadmaps, etc., necessary for the successful execution of projects using a Technical Scoping & Solutioning approach.
• Assumes complete ownership of pre-sales, service offerings, external and internal communications, projects, and provides valuable inputs for strategy definition.
• Demonstrated experience as a delivery lead in building data engineering capabilities and services.
• Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve business outcomes with innovative data solutions.
• Experience with leading platforms like Databricks and Snowflake, and a solid understanding of the Azure, AWS, and Snowflake and Databricks platforms.
• Ability to architect, design, and deliver data analytics solutions that align with business objectives and are scalable, performance-oriented, and cost-effective.
• Ability to build and mentor a team of Data Analytics professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and the adoption of best data engineering practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.
