Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Content and Marketing. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand's identity, driving customer engagement, and growing our presence in the market.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Cup-Ji products and increase brand awareness.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content across various channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of content production, from ideation and planning to execution and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing initiatives, and use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in content creation and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Passion for food and beverage industry trends.
