Job Profile

We are looking for Technical leads with over 8+ years of experience in full stack development & 3+ years in Project management and client handling. The person/s must be efficient, task oriented and ready to take responsibilities. Being part of the Professional Services team you will be responsible for estimation, development, testing, implementations etc. to different environments for all of our projects. You’ll be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, dedication and willingness to work hard. The position will include a lot of interaction with foreign clients.    

Technical Expertise and Leadership

  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing development processes from start to finish, including requirement gathering, sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Proficient in Node.JS with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies like Vue.JS with the ability to guide and mentor front-end developers.
  • Extensive knowledge of databases, data modeling, and query optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and test-driven development (TDD).

Architecture and System Design

  • Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and secure software architectures.
  • Experience with large and complex system designs, including microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications.
  • Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Collaboration and Mentorship

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Proficient in implementing and enforcing best practices for code quality, testing, and software development processes.

Version Control and DevOps

  • Extensive experience with Git and branching strategies, ensuring efficient collaboration and code management.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for deploying and managing applications.
