Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Specialist specializing in B2B Sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing B2B opportunities across multiple sectors. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Brego Business's client portfolio and ensuring long-term, profitable partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking events, etc.).
- Client Acquisition: Develop tailored pitches and value propositions addressing client pain points and business goals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at client companies.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, draft contracts, and close deals that align with company objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to refine sales approach and positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development roles (experience in consulting, SaaS, or financial/operational services is a strong plus).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, key decision-making processes, and account management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
