Key Responsibilities
- Define, set, and track monthly marketing and sales goals.
- Oversee paid advertising in collaboration with the performance marketing team.
- Manage social media presence, including content planning, engagement, and responding to customer queries.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, user funnel flow, and conversion rates.
- Review and approve WhatsApp marketing campaigns executed by the team.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Contribute to product creation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop creative briefs, ad scripts, and campaign narratives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall brand and business objectives.
- Manage agency partners, influencers, and external collaborators.
- Plan and execute seasonal and festival-specific campaigns and offers.
- Track campaign performance, conversions, and optimize for ROI.
- Lead reporting, insights, and dashboards for leadership updates.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, storytelling, and cultural relevance across all communication.
- Explore and activate new marketing channels such as SMS, SEO, and email.
- Manage e-commerce listings on platforms like Flipkart and Amazon India, and coordinate with agencies for Amazon USA marketplace (Tulasi brand).
- Oversee quick commerce listings to expand distribution.
- Manage interns and external collaborators under different marketing functions.
- Coordinate with influencers and vendors for video shoots and content creation.
- Maintain updates and basic requirements for Sarathi International’s website.
- Launch and develop new products in collaboration with product and business teams.
