Civil Site Project Manager for LNG Hub


Location – Jalgoan, Maharashtra


About the Role:


This role reports directly to the Director of the firm and is expected to supervise independently the on-going civil work such as Layout, RCC Work, Bar bending work, Shuttering work, Masonry, Road pavement Works, Plastering, Flooring, waterproofing, Painting, Plumbing etc.


Key responsibilities:


  • Making bar bending schedules, estimating quantities, Preparing of Estimation & Cost analysis, able to supervise and handle independently with a reporting manager, Day to Day progress monitoring & reporting
  • Prepare and manage the project budget, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to ensure the project remains financially viable
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the client, addressing their concerns and expectations while managing project objectives
  • Procure materials and equipment efficiently, considering cost, quality. Review & Approval of Incoming Material as per Codes and Standard Testing and witness of cubes, raw material at site and testing labs
  • Maintain accurate project records, including drawings, contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other project-related documentation


Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years expertise as civil site project managers
  • B.Tech Civil or Diploma in Civil
