Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering principles and practices, building construction techniques, and site supervision. Key responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality, and managing costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise all aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and provide necessary feedback to contractors and site staff.
  3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resources effectively.
  4. Ensure all construction activities comply with both local and national construction codes and regulations.
  5. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project targets are met.
  6. Prepare and review cost estimates, and manage financial aspects of construction projects to avoid cost overruns.
  7. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and cost records.

  • Proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Expertise in building construction techniques.
  • Significant experience in site supervision for construction projects.
  • Ability to manage construction projects to ensure completion within budget and schedule.
