Job Purpose:

  • To ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on board the aircraft. To provide excellent customer service, create a welcoming environment, and respond to passenger inquiries during the flight.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the aircraft is prepared for passenger boarding.
  • Greet passengers, assist with seat allocation, and ensure they are comfortably seated.
  • Demonstrate safety procedures and equipment usage to passengers.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the flight, including serving meals and beverages.
  • Respond to passenger requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Ensure the cabin is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Assist passengers during emergency situations, including evacuations if required.
  • Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth operation and passenger experience.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required by the airline.



Qualifications and Experience:


  • Minimum educational qualification of 10+2 (Higher Secondary Certificate).
  • Certification in Aviation or Hospitality Management is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English and any other local languages as required.
