Job Overview: We seek a dynamic Sampark Young Leader Management Trainee in our communications team at Sampark Foundation. This position will be under the Sampark Young Leader Management Trainee Program.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic communication and brand management plans.
  • Create and manage content for internal and external communications.
  • Work on the organisation’s public relations efforts, including traditional and new-age media.
  • Understanding of thought leadership and promotions
  • Engage with stakeholders and support event communications.
  • Assist in crisis communication and report on communication effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to craft compelling messages and campaign ideas.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to think strategically and provide creative solutions to complex communication challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0-1 years of experience in Communications, PR, Brand Management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in education, would be advantageous.

 

Stipend: Rs 15000/- per month (including TDS)

 

Tenue: This management program is for a period of 11 months and the same shall be discretionary


Working days: 5 days a week with 2nd Saturday compulsory work and working hours 10 am - 7pm. 

 

Location: Noida, Sector 132 (On-Site)
