Qualification Required:

  • Graduates preferred in any stream

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International Sales (Voice) preferred
  • Ability to handle irate customers with professionalism and patience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from international customers
  • Assist customers with software support by taking remote control of their systems
  • Upsell service plans based on customer needs
  • Maintain an efficient Average Handling Time (AHT) for each call
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Reduce refunds and chargebacks by providing prompt follow-ups and callbacks
  • Meet and exceed sales targets regularly
  • Accurately document all customer interactions
  • Manage correspondence related to sales activities

  • Full training will be provided
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about selling
