We have urgent opening for Salesforce Business Analyst with Hexaware Technologies.


Role : Salesforce Business Analyst

Work Experience: 9-12 yrs

Job Location: Chennai


Job Description:


  • Hands on experience in Sales Cloud, Experience cloud, Service Cloud as functional consultant
  • Understanding & gathering business requirement , experience handling requirement workshops
  • Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation
  • Salesforce Configuration for Sales and Service Cloud
  • Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation. Ability to write User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements
  • Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope
  • Conducting ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users
  • Daily Status Report and ability to work as Scrum master
  • Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
  • Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
  • Salesforce certification in Sales and Service is a must.
