About the role:Develop and execute a cutting-edge user acquisition strategy aligned with each game's overarching marketing and business objectivesConceptualize, execute, measure and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, driving to app install and in-app event goalsFoster an environment of constant innovation and experimentation by championing A/B testing, exploring new ad formats, and piloting novel engagement techniquesProvide strategic guidance to enhance audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies to reach the right demographicsSpearhead the allocation and optimization of budgets for user acquisition campaigns, exercising fiscal prudence while maximizing return on ad spendContinuously monitor campaign performance, scrutinize budget utilization, and adjust allocations in alignment with performance metrics and strategic imperativesManage and execute ASO strategy in sync with the paid media strategy to provide uniform onboarding experience to playersUse analytical tools to measure key performance indicators, track campaign effectiveness, and refine tactics for superior resultsCollaborate with internal teams like data analytics, product and technology to design and measure tactical marketing campaignsLead a high-performing team responsible for campaign ideation, execution, optimization, and performance analysisCollaborate with external partners, such as creative agencies, media buying agencies, and platform representativesStay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that impact the paid social landscapeExperiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and features offered by social media platformsWho you are:Proven experience (8+ years) in developing and executing successful acquisition campaignsProfound knowledge of ad platforms, advertising technologies, and emerging trends in the paid social media and programmatic landscapeStrong leadership acumen, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholdersStrategic mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive initiatives aligned with overarching business goalsTechnical understanding of MMP (mobile measurement platforms), SKAN, Google sandbox frameworksExceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisionsDemonstrated negotiation abilities for advertising placements and contractsA robust portfolio of successful paid social campaigns demonstrating strategic thinking and tangible business impactEven better if you have…Experience leading App install paid media strategy in the gaming spaceLed creative testing for ads on Ad platforms (Google Ad network, FB ad network, Unity, Ironsource etc), Social platforms (Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook)Led creative testing on Stores - Apple Appstore, Google PlaystoreRun campaigns that include both brand and performance spendExpertise in the programmatic space - DSP
