SkillsMandatory Technical skills:12+ years of experience in Healthcare Interoperability, focusing on payer-side data exchangeDeep expertise in clinical and claims data models — including HL7, FHIR, CCDA, and EDI transaction sets (835/837/270/271), with strong proficiency in SMART on FHIR and healthcare API integrationHands-on experience on at least one of the platforms like Epic Payer Platform, Availity, SmileCDR, or equivalent solutions will be preferredStrong background in healthcare interoperability standards, data quality frameworks, and enterprise data architectureExtensive experience integrating healthcare systems using interface enginesStrong understanding of US healthcare data systems (EHRs, Payer Platforms, HIEs, PBMs, Lab Systems, PM Systems, etc.)Proficiency in data integration methodologies (SFTP, APIs, TCP/IP, Snowflake, IHE, cloud-based interoperability solutions, etc.)Good to have skills: Certifications in HL7, FHIR, interoperability standards, or relevant healthcare IT platformsPrior experience working with large national payers, ACOs, CINs, HMOs, or MSOsOur commitment To combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
