What will you get to work on? 


As a member of the Program Management team, you will: 

  • Lead a team of engineers to seamlessly implement the product for our end customers
  • Work with the leadership team in setting product vision for a globally scalable SaaS 
  • Develop and foster long term relationship with customer leadership team 
  • Define the DNA of the program management team at Osfin.ai 
  • Map out and mutually agreeing on a clear business goal definition 
  • Location : Mumbai, Kochi, Pune


What do we expect from you? 


Our Program Manager role is critical to our success, and we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MySQL is mandatory. 
  • Experience in working closely with clients/customers to understand business requirements, defining business goals and owning the end-to-end success of product implementation.
  • Proven track record of managing customers’ expectations & fostering strong relationships.
  • Passionate about data analysis and capable in analyzing data to deliver valuable insights.
  • An automation enthusiast, with the tenacity to simplify processes for customers. 
  • Minimum one year of work experience in the consulting industry is a plus. 
  • Graduated from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 engineering or business school.
