Business Development Executive (Remote, Full-Time) – VarenyaZ

We are seeking a Business Development Executive for a full-time, remote position at VarenyaZ. The role involves new business development, lead generation for services, and business communication. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role.
  • Prior experience in an IT software development company (no exceptions).
  • Proven track record of acquiring clients worth $100K+.

What We're Looking For:

  • Professional fluency in both U.S. and British accents (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Expertise in Business Development, B2B Lead Generation, and Business Communication.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
