Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive measurable results across multiple online channels. The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy Development:

  - Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.

  - Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

2. Campaign Management:

  - Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns (PPC, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).

  - Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of marketing spend.

  - Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

3. Content Creation & Optimization:

  - Work with the content team to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content for blogs, websites, and social media.

  - Ensure content is aligned with customer interests, brand tone, and digital strategies.

4. Social Media Management:

  - Lead social media strategy, content creation, and community management across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  - Track, analyze, and report on social media engagement and growth.

5. SEO & SEM:

  - Conduct regular SEO audits to ensure website optimization.

  - Work on improving organic search visibility and rankings across key search engines.

  - Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).

6. Email Marketing:

  - Design and implement email marketing campaigns aimed at engaging customers and driving conversions.

  - Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign effectiveness to improve email strategies.

7. Analytics & Reporting:

  - Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other reporting platforms to track key performance metrics.

  - Provide regular reports on campaign performance and key insights to stakeholders.

8. Team Collaboration:

  - Work closely with the design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all digital marketing channels.

  - Train and guide junior team members on best practices.

9. Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis:

  - Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

  - Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.

- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and user experience.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design.

- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification.
