Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Building a corporate insurance book by new acquisition / retention.
  • Mapping Market, identifying opportunities, setting up Go To market strategy.
  • Building and managing team.
  • Managing overall profitability.
  • Manage customer journey, mapping client and strengthening relations.
  • Networking & Hunting to attract potential clients.


Preferred Skills:


  • Demonstrating a solid understanding of the products or services on the commercial lines domain. (Specifically on GMC line of business)
  • Should have understanding of broking business and markets in Bangalore.
  • Should be able to develop client communication, pitch, USPs, positioning, marketing and allied activities.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Should be able to negotiate and close deals independently and drive internal team to achieve overall targets.
  • Should be able to map market, competition and market trends.
  • Good presentation skills and deep understanding of Employee Benefits & Non-Employee Benefits Policies.
  • Team Handling Experience.


ISMS Responsibilities:


  • Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads and serve users authorized by Function Heads.
  • Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can be built and run to best meet business objective.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession.
  • Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets.
  • Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head.
