📌 Job Title: Executive - Company Secretary (CS)


Form DIR-12 will be filed in one of the group Company


📍 Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


📅 Joining: Immediate / As per availability


Eligibility: CS Fresher (ICSI Membership is must)


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and periodic updating of secretarial records, including statutory registers, meeting minutes, and board resolutions.

- Support the drafting and dissemination of notices, agendas, and minutes for Board and General Meetings.

- Coordinate and provide assistance with ROC filings and other statutory submissions in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.

- Contribute to the execution of event-based and annual compliance activities for group entities.

- Help manage compliance calendars to ensure timely adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Assist in the drafting of legal agreements, regulatory disclosures, and internal reporting documents.

- Monitor developments in corporate laws and SEBI regulations and aid in the implementation of required changes.

- Liaise with internal departments, external advisors, and regulatory authorities as necessary.

- Support the preparation of documentation and data for due diligence processes and audit reviews.
