Role Description

This full-time role as a Business Development Manager- Hotels Onboarding at CYC Group involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and acquiring new hotel partners, managing relationships with existing hotel partners, negotiating and finalizing contract terms, ensuring successful onboarding of hotels onto the company platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. This is a hybrid role, based in New Delhi, Rajasthan, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel onboarding, business development, sales, or account management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and hotel operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
