The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.


Responsibilities


  • Previous experience in the Pharma / Health Care industry is a bonus but not required.
  • Project Management Experience- minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in project management.
  • Monitor utilization of team members, flag capacity issues, and work with team leads to plan appropriate workloads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, creative functions, and regulatory specialists to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Assess team competencies and capabilities; collaborate with other PMs and teams leads to plan and manage the suited projects for team members.
  • Lead and supervise the project lifecycle from inception to conclusion, managing each phase closely with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Implement and enforce best practices and operation procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day project project operations, including status updates and follow-ups on open tasks/actions.
  • Maintain active and open communication with all stakeholders, providing timely updates, follow-ups, and reminders.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in working with diverse tech platforms e.g. Veeva CRM/ SF.
  • Proficient in utilizing JIRA or similar tools for comprehensive project management and coordination with various team functions.
  • Act as the conduit for clients and internal teams, facilitating transparent and productive engagement.
  • Resolve project-related challenges and impediments to ensure project timelines are consistently met.
