Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and oversee project plans from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.
- Develop comprehensive schedules for engineering design, software development, procurement, and manufacturing tasks for each project by collaborating with product managers.
- Manage schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software.
- Drive allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives for the project.
- Interface and coordinate with internal customers to define objectives, provide status updates, and prepare for release and deployment.
- Identify potential complications within the program and develop solutions for resolution.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure that our customers can get the most possible value out of the processes and tools that we develop.
- Ensure objectives are clearly defined and agreed to across the business unit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Technology programs with an emphasis on Product development, preferably in semiconductor equipment.
- Must have hands-on experience as a Project Manager.
- Ability to work on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to develop meaningful Key Performance Indicators and metrics that measure the value created by the programs that you lead.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must be able to maintain alignment across a wide range of stakeholders.
