Are you ready to take charge of payment fraud strategy in a dynamic, high-impact environment? As an AVP – Acquisition Fraud Strategy, you will be an individual contributor working closely with the Payment Fraud Strategy team to shape, implement, and optimize fraud prevention strategies.

What You'll Do

Develop & Optimize fraud strategies that mitigate risk while enhancing customer experience

Lead Analytical Initiatives – design analysis plans, evaluate performance, and provide strategic insights

Collaborate with Key Stakeholders – work with fraud teams, PCM leaders, and senior management to define strategy direction

Drive Strategy Implementation – ensure seamless execution through pre/post-validation and compliance approvals

Support New Client Onboarding – evaluate fraud tools, recommend process enhancements, and ensure smooth integration

Ensure Compliance & Audit Standards are met with well-documented strategy execution

Work Cross-Functionally to maintain alignment across risk, fraud, and business teams

What You Bring

4+ years in analytical strategy roles within Credit, Marketing, Risk, or Collections (Financial Services)

Hands-on expertise with SAS, Python, Tableau, and advanced Excel

Experience in retail, business, installment loans, or private label credit

Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to fraud detection

Ability to collaborate across teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
